What delivery options are available?

We are currently click and collect only from our Halls Head store.
For furniture delivery, please see our delivery page here or contact us to arrange a trusted third-party delivery provider.


Do you offer free delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery ourselves and therefore do not provide free delivery.


Can you ship an item to another state?

Yes — interstate shipping may be possible. You will need to organise your own freight pickup and delivery; however, we’re more than happy to assist with recommendations.

Can you store items for me until I’m ready to collect?

Yes, we can store fully paid items for up to 10 business days.
Storage beyond this period may incur a storage fee.


Do you offer payment plan options?

Yes, we offer multiple payment options including Afterpay, Zip, and Layby.


Do you offer layby?

Yes, we do. Layby terms are:

  • 4 weeks for most items

  • 6 weeks for laybys over $2,000

  • A 20% deposit is required

Laybys that exceed the agreed period may incur a storage fee.


What happens if I need to cancel a layby?

If a layby is cancelled, all payments made will be issued as store credit and are not refundable.
For laybys cancelled after the due date, the initial 20% deposit is forfeited. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be provided as store credit.


Can I return an item I’ve purchased?

Yes — we want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days, subject to our return conditions.
