Returns
At Seru, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund or store credit under the following conditions:
General Returns
Eligibility: Full-priced, in-stock items purchased by credit card or PayPal can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Afterpay/Zip: Eligible to exchange or receive full store credit. Refunds will incur a 6% administration fee.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original and saleable condition.
Fashion & Accessories: Must not be worn, scented, washed, or damaged. Tags must remain attached.
Sale Items: Cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping and transport costs.
Furniture Returns
Please contact us first at seruhomestore@gmail.com before returning furniture.
Include your name, reason for return, and let us know if you prefer a refund, exchange, credit note, or replacement.
Returns must be made within 14 days.
Pre-order furniture is ordered especially for you and is non-refundable for change of mind. Exchange or credit note only.
Items are sold instore on an as-is basis. For delivery based purchases, please inspect all items upon delivery. Damage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
How to Return an Item

Once approved, return your item in original condition.
Return your item within 7 days of approval.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your return within 48 hours.
Store credits are valid for 6 months from the issue date. Extensions available on request.
Important Notes
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased during sale events unless faulty.
We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
Our products are handcrafted and may feature natural variations in shape, colour, grain, and texture. These are not considered faults but part of the unique character of each piece.
